Our Director of Development at Women’s on Board Network

Our Director of Development, Esther Baraga, had a pleasure to speak at Women on Board Network on 28th September 2024.  She spoke on the need to adopt localization. How are you implementing projects as an organization? Are those projects impacting the community in a positive way? Are they leaving a lasting impact? Titles do not create impact, people do. She offered  insights on transforming and looking deep into our purpose and the causes we champion for.
